Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need your order number.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given
*Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons beyond our fault.
*Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds

When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

exchange

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to hello@avenidasantiago.de and send the item to: Haagstrasse 40, Eckental, Bavaria, 90542, Germany.
